Sabéis que me encanta recibir noticias vuestras, porque por fin, después de tantísimos años sintiéndome un "bicho raro" (¿no es eso una de las definiciones de "friki"?), escondiendo mis aficiones porque me moriría del corte si alguien se enteraba de que coleccionaba muñecas, gracias a vosotros, poquito a poco, he podido empezar a disfrutar de ellas. Pero lo mejor de todo es que no tengo que hacerlo sola: inspiránDIYers somos tod@s l@s que compartimos estas aficiones. Es una palabra inventada, pero cuando no existe ninguna palabra que defina a algo, hay que crearla, y ya que el blog es nuestro "punto de encuentro", nuestro lugar de reunión, "inspiránDIYers" me parecía lo más adecuado (ya sabéis que en inglés el sufijo "-er" suele usarse para las profesiones, por eso lo he usado, porque los sufijos en español no "pegaban" con el nombre del blog, además de que quedaban muy largos…

You know I love hearing yours, because finally, after so many years feeling a "freak" (is not that one definition of "geek"?), Hiding my hobbies because I would die of court if anyone found out that collected dolls, thank you, little by little, I could start enjoying them. But best of all is that I have to do it alone: all of us (the 'inspiránDIYers') share these interests. Also our dear Monster High dolls and characters follown this 'line'. They preach shout these so famous three phrases: "Be Yourself. Be unique. Be a Monster!"

No sé si tod@s l@s inspiránDIYers también compartís conmigo mi "devoción" por Lady Gaga, pero supongo que sí much@s de vosotr@s. Ella nos llama a sus seguidores "little monsters" (otra forma más de definirnos a los "freaks", o "frikis", sip, lo sé…)
Tambien nuestr@s querid@s Monster High están en esta "linea". Predican esas tan famosas 3 frases: "Be Yourself. Be unique. Be a Monster!"
¿Cuál ha sido la guinda de este pastel (de esta idea)? El primer comentario que me dejaba Mali en el blog, en el que hablábamos (¡cómo no!) de l@s Monster High. Y al escribir la respuesta a su comentario se me ha ocurrido que por qué no celebrar el día del orgullo "inspiránDIYer".
Habría que buscar un día para ello, y hay 2 fechas candidatas: el 11/11/12 (es San Martín, patrón de la ciudad de Ourense, así que aquí es fiesta), y otra mucho mejor: el 12/12/12, que, aunque los mayas tengan razón y el mundo se acabe sólo 9 días después (el 21/12/12), en principio, no hay nada que nos impida celebrarlo.
¿Por qué estas dos fechas? La primera porque fue cuando maridito puso en mis manos este blog y me dijo: "ahí lo tienes. Ya no tienes excusa. Ahora sólo depende de tí…" ¡¡¡Pero si hasta pensó en el nombre del dominio!!! Sip, lo de "taquetaque.com" fue idea suya (usando el "Taqué-Taqué" con el que me llamaba mi hermana Nieves cuando era un bebé y empezaba a hablar -¡con lo fácil que es decir "Ana"!, pero no le niego la originalidad, porque se lo inventó ella…-) De todos modos, no empecé a escribir el blog hasta que me puse enferma (fue una completa casualidad, pero puede que si no hubiera enfermada, habría pasado del blog, porque siempre tenía miles de cosas que hacer cada día -¡¡¡así terminé!!!-).
La segunda fecha (que coincide con la fiesta de la Virgen de Guadalupe, patrona de l@s mexican@s) tiene un significado muy especial para maridito y para mí, porque empezamos a salir como novios un 12 de diciembre. Pero, sobretodo, esa fecha es mi preferida porque en el día, el mes, y el año está mi número de la suerte: 12/12/12. Así que, si os parece bien, declararamos a partir de ahora, el 12 de diciembre de 2012 como el 1º día del orgullo inspiránDIYer.

¿Qué es lo que he pensado para este primer día del orgullo "inspiránDIYers"? ¿Qué es lo que nos define como "inspiránDIYers"? Básicamente, tres cosas:
- el buen rollo / la buena onda (o como le llamen ustedes en cada país, pero creo que se entiende la idea)
- nos gusta hacer cosas nosotr@s mism@s
- somos muy creativ@s
No es imprescindible ser fans de l@s Monster High para ser un "inspiránDIYer", ni gastar dinero comprando cosas: reciclando cosas que tengamos por casa somos capaces de crear cosas maravillosas… ¡¡¡y únicas!!! Así que a esas tres características anteriores podemos añadirle que nuestras creaciones suelen ser OOAKs (One-Of-A-Kind), o lo que es lo mismo en castellano: cosas únicas.

What have I thought for this first day of 'inspiranDIYers' pride? What do we define as 'inspiranDIYers'? Basically three things:
- the good feeling / being cool (or as they call you in every country, but I think you get the idea)
- we like to do things ourselves
- We are very creatives
It is not necessary to be fans of the Monster High dolls and characters to be a "inspiranDIYer", or spend money buying things: recycling things we have at home let us to create wonderful things … and unique! So these three characteristics we can add to our creations are usually an OOAK (One-Of-A-Kind) one, or as we say in Castilian: 'one and only things'.

- el buen rollo / la buena onda (o como le llamen ustedes en cada país, pero creo que se entiende la idea)
- nos gusta hacer cosas nosotr@s mism@s (somos fans del DIY de todo tipo)
- somos muy creativ@s
- no nos gusta repetir lo que hacemos, por eso suelen ser creaciones DIY OOAKs

- we are 'green' (take care of the planet, for example, when we recycle)

Bueno, pues ya tenemos fecha para nuestra "Fiesta del Orgullo", tenemos una serie de características que nos definen como grupo… ¿Qué nos falta? ¡¡¡Un logo!!! Queda abierto el plazo para que me enviéis vuestros diseños hasta el 11/11/12 (es casi un mes).
¿Cómo queréis que celebremos nuestra Fiesta? ¡¡¡Por supuesto que con un DIY OOAK!!! Propongo lo siguiente:
- tiene que ser algo que hagamos nosotros mismos: un DIY OOAK (como os decía)
- no podemos gastarnos más de 3 euros (decidme qué cifra podemos fijar en Chile, México, Argentina, Perú, Venezuela. Tiene que ser muy poquito, para que tengamos que recurrir a nuestra creatividad, y no a gastar dinero)
- puede ser cualquier cosa que se pueda enviar por correo en un envío normal (carta), así que no puede pesar mucho.
- no puede ser ofensivo, ni obsceno, etc.
¿Qué pretendo hacer con estos DIY OOAKs creados para celebrar nuestra "Fiesta del Orgullo inspiránDIYer"?

Cada un@ de nosotr@s enviará su DIY OOAK a otr@ inspiránDIYer que viva en su mismo país (para que sea más económico).
Por supuesto, necesito recibir fotos de vuestro DIY OOAK para que tod@s podamos verlos antes de que llegue nuestra Fiesta. Todas estas fotos las podréis ver en un álbum que crearé en mi galería de Flickr, y también en una de mis Galerías de Picasa (en "Taqué Taqué Dolls), para que tod@s podáis verlas. Por supuesto, también las iré publicando en el blog (las fotos que me enviéis).
Para que pueda hacer todo esto mucho más rápido necesito que las fotos que me enviéis cumplan las siguientes condiciones:
- fotos horizontales: 650 píxeles de ancho (el alto de la foto deberá ajustarse proporcionalemente a esta medida)
- fotos verticales: 750 píxeles de alto (el ancho de la foto deberá ajustarse proporcionalemente a esta medida)
- formato de la foto: .jpg
- calidad de la foto: 60% (para que "pese" poco en la web)
- firmad las fotos con vuestro nick o nombre, para que todos sepamos de quién es cada una 😉
Si lo hacéis así, y, además, me contáis en el mail en el que me enviéis las fotos cosas sobre vuestro DIY OOAK, me ayudaréis a poder publicar a la velocidad del rayo… Pueden pareceros "chorradas", pero no sabéis la de tiempo que me lleva hacer todo esto en cada una de las fotos que publico y que me enviáis (por eso cuando estoy peor es cuando me cuesta más publicar vuestras fotos).
La fecha tope para recibir vuestras aportaciones será el 5 de diciembre de 2012 (para que pueda organizar los swappings -intercambios-, y podamos recibirlos como regalo de Navidad).
¡¡¡Espero impaciente vuestros comentarios!!! Estoy segura de que la idea todavía puede mejorarse, porque muchas mentes piensan mejor que una (ya sabéis que soy una "evangelista" de la "inteligencia colectiva", que consiste precisamente en eso: muchas personas haciendo cosas juntas consiguen hacer mejores cosas).

Each one of us send to his/her OOAK DIY to other 'inspiranDIYer' who lives in the same country (for getting the cheapest shipment).
Of course, I need to get pictures of your OOAK DIY for everyone s can see them before they reach our Fiesta. All these photos you can see that I will create an album on my Flickr gallery, and also one of my Picasa Galleries (in "Taque Taque Dolls), so you may see them all. Of course, I will publish in the blog (the photos you send me).
So you can do this much faster than the photos need to send me the following conditions:
